Coyote Heat is a great read for any fans of the genre looking for a quick reading fix.
This was really a great story, but I hated the ending. Just me, but I don't like being left up in the air and hanging on the edge. The sex was pretty good, but the story probably should have been a little longer, because it just seemed their emotions and ideals changed so fast. Good quick read if you don't mind being left hanging at the end.
Another great installment in this series. All of the ladies who write these stories are very good at what they do and Coyote Heat is evidence of that. I loved the way that Coyote met his girl and how he gets past her inhibitions involving military men. The great thing is that there is a solid story and a relationship that is built up as well as some hot action between the sheets!

I give this book 3.5 stars. This was a hot quick read, but it didn't grab me as much as the others did in this series. I haven't read the SEALs on Fire in order, and to my mind, you don't have to. I liked the characters and the situation, it just didn't drag me in as much as I thought it would. I will read more of Ms. Holt's work to get more of a sense of her writing than just this short story.
Am I ever glad I decided to buy this book I found myself enjoying this couple . Coyote and. Cori's story was very well written , I found that I had to know what would happen next. I now want the next book in the series I hope it is just as good.
I downloaded this book this afternoon. Desiree Hold did an amazing job bringing Coyote, a Navy Seal and Cori together. An unlikely couple who didn't want connectionss soon finds there is so much more to their draw to one another than the the heated sheets. Loved the story, the characters and the author's voice. My only complaint is I would have loved to have seen her write these two in a full size novel. I couldn't ger enough. I have placed all of her Seals on Fire series on my To Be Read list.
I had read Conquering Zeus (SEALs On Fire), another book in this series first. I had found that book flat, but with all of the good reviews for the series, I decided to give the author another try, I am so glad I did. Everything that Zeus lacked this has, heat, zing, tingle. Whoosh. This story rings all the bells and whistles that a piece of erotica should.
Coyote and his team are having some down time so he decides to hit the bars to find a hook up. He wasn't expecting the attraction to develop into more.
This is a tight well written story. My only issue is that I really dislike one night stands that turn into "happily ever afters" in a 24 hour time period which this does. That is my issue and probably would not be for other fans of light erotica.
While I thoroughly enjoyed the sex scenes, I also enjoyed the conversations and interactions of the various characters as well. I was surprised to find Zeus in this story and was hoping to get more back story, unfortunately this doesn't add anything to that particular flat tale.
If you are looking for some light hot erotica, this is well worth reading. If you dislike the "P" word and have an issue with explicit sex scenes then you might want to try elsewhere.
